Terms and Conditions:

• Reservations are advisable (essential for weekends, Bank Holdays and School Holidays).
• No reservations accepted for less than 2 nights; Bank Holidays 3 nights.
• Unless by prior arrangement reserved pitches will only be held until 11am the following day.
• Deposit; £35.00 (non-refundable and non-transferable).
• Pitches are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and the campsite must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. No arrivals during the hours of darkness (alarms are set). Variations of these times only by prior arrangement.
• Payment on arrival by cheque or cash only.
• Everyone must report to reception on arrival.
• Visitors by prior arrangement only. Should they wish to stay for more than half and hour there is a charge of £7 per car (one car per pitch only). All visitors must report to reception. 
• Group bookings (up to 4 units only) can be taken if suitable pitches are available.  Please note that full payment is required at the time of booking. 
• Speed limit on site 5mph.
• No campfires.
• BBQ's are permitted on your pitch, gas or charcoal only. No wood.
• The riding of push bikes is not permitted on the site.
• No commercial vehicles or motorcycle 'packs' are admitted to the site.
• Awnings, gazebos, kitchen/day tents, tent extensions/canopy are only permitted if used with a breathable ground sheet, this will help to preserve the grass. Tents must be moved every seven days.
• Double axle caravans can access with care; please advise when booking.
• As all our pitches vary in size and are individual, when booking please give exact size or make/model of your unit, this must include tent extension/canopy, kitchen/day tent and gazebo/awning etc., this will allow us to check whether we have a suitable pitch available.
